How Are Single, Double & Traditional Twist Barbed Wire Produced?

Single twist barbed wire, double twist barbed wire and traditional twist barbed wire has a slightly different production process due to different styles.

Single twist (strand) barbed wire production process: It is to wind two barb wires on one main wire, and then cut off the barb wires to form a single strand barbed wire with four-point barbs.

Double twist (strand) barbed wire production process: first, the two wires are combined into a double-strand main wire, and then the two barb wires are wound and fixed on the double-strand main wire and cut off. The barbed wire is pulled along a set distance, and the process is repeated to space the barbs evenly, forms a double-strand barbed wire with four-pointed barbs. The barbed wire is wound onto spools into coils.

Traditional twist barbed wire production process: first, the barb wires is fixed on two main wires, and then twisted, form a traditional twist barbed wire.
